Cancellation Policy
There is a non refundable 50% deposit required to book a service for all new clients. This deposit will go towards your appointment.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. 24 hour notice is required for cancellation/rescheduling of your appointment or 50% of the service scheduled will be charged to the card on file.
No shows- 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file.
After 3 consecutive cancellations/ rescheduling in a row no further appointments will be made.
After 1 no show no further appointments will be made.
